ORIGINAL FRAME
理想の一台について、
お話を聞かせてください。
オーダーメイドは難しく敷居が高いと思われがちですが、専門的な知識は必要ありません。どのようなコンセプト・車種であれば理想の一台になるのかを話し合いましょう。
理想の一台を設計。
CADシステムを使用して理想の一台のための設計をします。設計は体に１００％フィット。コンセプトに忠実で「走るフレーム」を設計します。
フレームの素材の選定。
フレームビルディングに使用する素材はいわゆるクロモリ（クロムモリブデン鋼）のチューブ。クロモリチューブには様々な特性のものがあります。重量があって丈夫なものから、乗った瞬間その軽さに驚くようなものまで。コンセプトと車種に最適なものを、各チューブメーカーより選び出します。
フレーム製作
フレームビルダーが丹精を込めて、製作します。
製作にはある一定期間を要しますので、その間に制作風景を見に来ていただくのも良いかも知れません。製作の経過をご自身の目で見られるのも、オーダーメイドならではです。
ペインティング
色の選択は無限大。一番の悩みどころはここかも知れません。当店にある色見本から選んで頂いても結構ですし、逆にそれをお持ち込みになっても結構です。さらには、イメージを伝えてもらうだけでも。例えばある風景に映えるカラーリング、なんて指定でも面白いかもしれません。塗装に関しても職人が丹精を込めて行います。
組み付け
当店はフレーム工房である以前に、数多くの組み付けやカスタム・修理を行ってきた自転車店がベースです。安全に確実に、最高のフィーリングを生み出すブレーキや変速器といった、メカ調整。

Bicycle frame making
The choice of color is infinite.
Even in the same color,the impression will change with the difference in fine nuances. Whether the finish is matte or gloss, the most troubling thing may be here. It is fine even if you choose from our color samples and it is fine even if you bring it in reverse.
Painting
The frame is a piece of a bicycle.
It will be a bicycle for the first time as each part is assembled in the frame. If it belongs to a manufacturer with dealings in our company, we will prepare and you can also have your existing parts. Of course, once the frame is completed, it's possible to take it home.
Assembling
Frame builder puts in fine paper and it makes it. Since it takes a certain period of time to produce it, it may be good to see the production scene in the meantime. It is unique in order made that you can see the progress of production with your own eyes.

Please tell us the story.
The fun of custom-made is born through dialogue between the rider and the creator. We will decide the concept and the car model. Made-to-order is difficult and seems to be a high threshold, but specialized knowledge is unnecessary.
Skeleton design

Based on the concept and car model decided in the story, I mainly draw the design drawing using the CAD system.
Selection of
optimum frame material.
The material used for frame build is so-called chromolor tube. (Chrome Molybdenum Steel) In general it seems to think of an image that looks thin, supple, and heavier than the latest carbon material, but the chromoly tube has various characteristics.
